This week, we are highlighting the supporters of our #Kindness #WWIM15 event this Saturday March 25th at 4:30PM (Meeting location: Washington Statue @ Boston Public Garden). The @museumofscience, One of the world's largest science centers and Boston's most attended cultural institution, has contributed to our initiative in which we’ll be donating tickets/tours from various Boston based institutions in benefit of @TransitionHouse, a non-profit organization based in Cambridge that works hard to break the cycle of domestic violence and where anyone affected by it can live in safety, access housing, resources and the holistic support they need to thrive. But there is more! We are making a call to action for our community to get involved and join us on this initiative by donating gift cards in any amount you can to stores where Transition House shelter residents can purchase basic needs such as clothing, shoes or personal items (Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, etc). We hope all of you can join us on this initiative and donate. We will be collecting your gift card donations at the beginning of the event.
